Customers in the U.S.must have signed the Certificate within 45 days of the effective date of the consent decree, or by May 13.

Customers outside the U.S. must sign the Certificate prior to placing an order for the affected products.  NOTE: These customers must have already used the products prior to the effective date of the decree, or March 29.
