Terumo Cardiovascular Systems to sell Vascutek® Vascular Grafts in the US

ANN ARBOR, Michigan — April 1, 2007 — Terumo Cardiovascular Systems is pleased to announce that effective April 1, 2007, it will assume responsibility for direct sales and support of Vascutek vascular grafts in the US.

Vascutek USA and Terumo Cardiovascular Systems are subsidiaries of Terumo Corporation and are both headquartered in the same building in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Vascutek Ltd. of Renfrewshire, Scotland, also a Terumo company, continues to develop and manufacture vascular products for global distribution and is responsible for all sales and support outside of the US.

This opportunity will enable Vascutek to take advantage of Terumo Cardiovascular Systems' nationally established sales and support network in the US cardiac and vascular surgery markets.
